Terms of Use — Kamkam

By using Kamkam you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for all activity on your account.

The game

Kamkam is a free prediction game. There are no entry fees, no cash prizes, and no betting of any kind. Points have no value outside the app and cannot be exchanged.

Objectionable content — zero tolerance

Display names, profile photos and group names are user-generated content. You may not post content that is:

• abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, or violent;
• hateful, or targeting a person or group by religion, race, nationality, gender, or disability;
• harassing, threatening, or impersonating someone else;
• infringing intellectual property you do not own;
• otherwise unlawful.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any name, photo, group or behaviour from inside the app, and you can block any player so that their name, photo and predictions no longer appear to you.

We review reports and act within 24 hours, including removing content and permanently disabling the offending account without prior notice.

Termination

We may suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep match results and points accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free, nor that the service will be uninterrupted.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
