سياسة الخصوصية — كم-كم
يوضّح هذا المستند البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق كم-كم وكيفية استخدامها. التطبيق لعبة توقعات لكرة القدم، ولا يتضمّن أي رهانات أو مبالغ مالية.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم المعروض. تُستخدم لتسجيل الدخول وعرض اسمك لأعضاء مجموعاتك.
- الصورة الشخصية: إن اخترت رفع صورة. تُفحص آليًا قبل ظهورها للآخرين.
- توقعاتك ونقاطك: لعرض الترتيب داخل مجموعاتك.
- رمز الإشعارات: إن فعّلت التنبيهات، لإرسال إشعارات نتائج المباريات فقط.
- بيانات الأعطال: تقارير فنية مجهولة الهوية لتحسين استقرار التطبيق.
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
مزوّدو الخدمة
- Google Firebase — تسجيل الدخول وقاعدة الحسابات.
- Cloudinary — تخزين الصور الشخصية وفحصها آليًا للمحتوى غير اللائق.
- Sentry — تقارير الأعطال الفنية.
- Apple Push Notification service — إيصال الإشعارات.
ما يراه المستخدمون الآخرون
يرى أعضاء مجموعاتك اسمك المعروض وصورتك الشخصية ونقاطك وتوقعاتك بعد انطلاق المباراة. لا يُعرض بريدك الإلكتروني ولا رقم هاتفك لأي مستخدم آخر.
حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. عند الحذف نزيل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وصورتك الشخصية ورمز الإشعارات نهائيًا، ونلغي ارتباط حسابك بـ Apple إن كنت قد سجّلت الدخول عبره.
تبقى نقاطك وتوقعاتك السابقة في ترتيب المجموعات بصيغة مجهولة الهوية باسم «لاعب محذوف»، حتى لا يتغيّر ترتيب بقية الأعضاء في الجولات التي شاركتم فيها. هذه البيانات لم تعد مرتبطة بك ولا يمكن الرجوع منها إليك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب ما دام الحساب قائمًا. تُحذف بيانات الهوية فور طلب الحذف. تُحفظ بلاغات المحتوى لمدة تصل إلى ١٢ شهرًا لأغراض السلامة.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على support@pheel.io. نردّ خلال ٣٠ يومًا كحدّ أقصى.
Privacy Policy — Kamkam
This policy explains what Kamkam collects and how it is used. Kamkam is a football prediction game. There is no betting and no money involved.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and display name, used to sign you in and to show your name to members of your groups.
- Profile photo: only if you upload one. It is screened automatically before other users can see it.
- Your predictions and points, used to build the standings in your groups.
- Notification token, if you enable notifications, used only to send match-result alerts.
- Crash data: anonymous technical reports used to keep the app stable.
We do not collect your location or contacts, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.
Service providers
- Google Firebase — sign-in and account storage.
- Cloudinary — profile photo storage and automated screening for objectionable images.
- Sentry — crash reporting.
- Apple Push Notification service — notification delivery.
What other users can see
Members of your groups can see your display name, profile photo, points, and your predictions once a match has kicked off. Your email address and phone number are never shown to other users.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and notification token, and revokes your Sign in with Apple connection if you used one.
Your past points and predictions remain in group standings under the anonymous label “deleted player”, so that the other members' rankings for rounds you played in are not rewritten. That data is no longer linked to you and cannot be traced back to you.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Identifying data is removed as soon as you request deletion. Content reports are kept for up to 12 months for safety purposes.
Children
Kamkam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion by writing to support@pheel.io. We respond within 30 days.
